Saipul Jamil Released from Prison on September 2, Legal Counsel Emphasizes Pure Freedom

Kapanlagi.com - There have been several rumors circulating about Saipul Jamil's freedom from prison. However, this time, the family has confirmed that Saipul will be released on September 2.

To celebrate this day of freedom, the family initially wanted to have a grand event. However, due to the pandemic, the event has been changed to a simpler one.

Despite that, the family and fans from out of town actually wanted to join in welcoming his return. However, they were understanding enough to offer their prayers from home.

"Because we are still in a pandemic situation and we all understand that we may not gather in large numbers, so we will welcome him in a simple way. Not too many family members will be present. Many family members, especially from Banten, and even some fans, wanted to attend, but we have agreed to welcome him in a simple manner," said Muhammad Soleh, Saipul's brother, when met in Cibubur, East Jakarta, on Wednesday (25/8/2021).

1. Pure Freedom

Saipul Jamil's legal counsel, Natalino Manuel Ximenes, explained that his client will be completely free. So this freedom is not conditional or due to a reduction in sentence.

"From a legal perspective, Bang Ipul will be released on the 2nd, according to the official information provided by the correctional facility, it will be a pure release. Not conditional release. So the sentence served by Bang Ipul will end and he will be able to breathe free air," Natalino explained on the same occasion.

Upon this freedom, Saipul Jamil's family expresses deep gratitude to the Creator. They also thank the Cipinang Correctional Facility for their care over the past five years.

"We are grateful to Allah, thankful to colleagues who have provided both moral and material support, especially to the Head of the Correctional Facility and the staff at Cipinang who have nurtured, protected, and cared for him in the best possible way," said Muhammad Soleh.

2. Ready to Create

While waiting for his freedom day, the family said they are ready to welcome Saipul Jamil's arrival. Samsul Hidayatullah, Saipul Jamil's brother, also said that his brother wants to become a YouTuber after being released from prison.

He advised his brother to create a YouTube channel. Various content has been planned by the team.

"Yes (his own desire). Because in prison there is a TV in his block. But he said, please create a YouTube account, he wants to try it out. In 2016, it wasn't a trend yet. (The content) will be vlog diary, sharing Insya Allah, pranks as well. There is also a podcast, but Saipul is not interested yet, challenges too, and the channel has been prepared," he explained.

Not only does he want to become a YouTuber, Saipul Jamil also revealed that he is ready to work on his new songs. According to Samsul Hidayatullah, there have been several job offers coming in for Saipul Jamil.

"There are already two songs ready, but the ones to be released will be mellow songs. Alhamdulillah, there are job opportunities waiting for him, and even political parties have approached," he concluded.
