Tasya and Valen D'Academy 7 Win the Championship, Donate Virtual Gifts for Disaster Victims in Sumatra

Bringing home many gifts as the champion of Dangdut Academy 7 (DA7), Tasya shows her social action towards the disaster currently occurring in Sumatra.

This action was taken shortly after Tasya and Valen each received fantastic appreciation in the form of cash amounting to Rp300 million and Rp200 million, educational scholarships, and umrah packages.

Tasya and Valen agreed to donate a portion of the Virtual Gift (VG) they received to help the victims of natural disasters in Aceh and Sumatra. This good intention was conveyed directly on stage at the Grand Final and received a warm response from the audience.

"Valen and Tasya will donate part of the donations from the virtual gifts we received to help our brothers and sisters affected by the flood disaster in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra. Throughout the DA7 competition, Tasya was known for being consistent, energetic, and able to perform dangdut songs with a strong character. It’s no surprise that audience support continued to flow, including in the form of Virtual Gifts that brought her to the top position.

The donations given by Tasya and Valen were channeled through the account of the Pundi Kasih SCTV Indosiar Charity Foundation, which often serves as a platform for humanitarian aid. This action also received much praise for showing that achievement and social concern can go hand in hand.

Tasya's victory in DA7 is not just about the championship title, but also about the sincerity of sharing. At such a young age, Tasya proves that great talent can be accompanied by a big heart as well.
