Jelita Bahar, a 34-year-old dangdut singer, recently revealed that she is experiencing anxiety disorder. In an interview, she explained that this condition makes her feel excessively anxious in carrying out daily activities. Read more about it below!
"But thank God it can still be controlled, really thank God," she said on Rumpi No Secret, as reported by the TRANS TV Official Youtube channel, on Monday (2/12/2024).
Jelita stated that her eating habits and lifestyle have improved, which also helped in the recovery process from the disorder.
"Because my eating and living patterns have also improved, now (Anxiety Disorder) has also gradually improved. The (anxiety) can still be controlled," she said further.
She mentioned that her condition has started to improve and can be controlled better. However, she acknowledges that the journey to recovery is still ongoing and requires consistent attention.
Previously, there was speculation about Jelita's mental health, with some parties believing that she was experiencing mystical terror or what is referred to as black magic. However, after further examination, it was revealed that the issues she faced were related to anxiety.
