Bilqis Wants to Go on Holiday to the UK, Ayu Ting Ting Chooses to Focus on Work at Year-End

Kapanlagi.com - Ayu Ting Ting has decided not to travel during this year's end-of-year holiday. This decision was made due to the many expenses incurred throughout the year.

"As for me, I’m just waiting for a job. This year I’m not going on vacation because there have been many expenses and I’ve already traveled a lot. If there’s a job this year, I’ll take it," said Ayu Ting Ting in the Depok area, West Java, on Wednesday (27/11/2024).

Although she decided not to go on vacation, Ayu admitted she still has to face complaints from her daughter, Bilqis. As a child, Bilqis certainly has many wishes, including a vacation abroad.

"Of course, she complains, a child at that age. She thinks far ahead, wanting to say, 'let's go to the UK, mom.' She thinks her mom just makes money and is easily squeezed like that," said Ayu Ting Ting, laughing.

1. Give Understanding to Bilqis

Ayu also did not forget to explain to Bilqis about the importance of delaying pleasure for the future. She explained that the vacation plan could be realized next year if there is more fortune.

"But I give understanding, luckily she is a child who understands. So when told, 'Don't, dear, let's save first, next year if there is fortune we can go to the UK,' something like that," she said.

Bilqis's desire to visit England made Ayu curious. The reason is, she herself does not know the reason behind her child's desire.

"I don't know, she's just into the UK right now," she said.

2. Bilqis Wants to Vacation Just the Two of Us

In fact, Bilqis suggested that the trip should only be done with just the two of them without Ayu's parents. Hearing this suggestion, Ayu couldn't help but laugh. For her, the year-end holiday is a moment to gather with family.

"Just yesterday she said, 'let's just the two of us, no need to invite mom and dad', how can that be? I would get hit on the head by my parents," she said, laughing.

Although she can't fulfill her child's wish yet, Ayu plans to consider a holiday with Bilqis at another time. She thinks that the school holiday could be a more suitable moment to realize Bilqis's dream.

"Year-end holidays are definitely for inviting everyone, it can't just be the two of us, but for school holidays, that might be possible," she concluded.
