During the joyful moment of the intimate gala dinner, Singer Reza Zakarya DA couldn't hold back tears and cried in excitement.
Turns out, he cried because throughout the series of his marriage process with Amira Karaman went smoothly.
"I felt like the process, from meeting her, then Fatihah, the proposal, until today, it's really, like, fast, smooth," said Reza DA when met at Al Jazeerah Restaurant & Cafe, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Sunday (17/9/2023).
What made Reza burst into tears was the number of guests who attended the gala dinner event. Reza said that the gala dinner event was attended by his close family and beloved wife.
"Actually, we didn't invite many people here. So it's actually an intimate gala dinner. Originally, we were under 200, but today almost 300 people came. So in one room, it's like everyone came, families and all," he said.
"Earlier, Eza saw guests, like oh my God, so many people who want to give prayers to both of us. Then there were artist friends, Mama Isda (Iis Dahlia), Kak Erie Susan, Kak Nassar, all the friends from DA and LIDA, like oh my God, Mashallah, so many people who love us," he added.
Reza revealed that the tears were a form of gratitude because the event, which had been planned for several months, finally finished.
"Grateful, that's why Eza couldn't handle it, it felt like a burden, everything has been released since yesterday, it's done," he said.
On that occasion, Reza revealed the concept of the attire worn in the intimate gala dinner event.
"Glamour romantic for gala dinner. So we really asked for an intimate atmosphere, the atmosphere that really Eza and Amira are like a king and queen family who are entertaining all the relatives, invited guests who are present," concluded Eza.
