During a Q&A session on Instagram Story, Via Vallen firmly stated that she still does not want to use ART services. This was in response to a netizen who asked if she needed ART services at her home.

"I want to collaborate, Via, to help at home, it's really difficult to find work here," said a netizen who was immediately replied to by Via through Instagram Story.

"While I'm at home, I don't use the services of an ART (housemaid). Remember, I once shared the experience of having an ART who stole, but in the end I didn't put her in jail??? Well, after that it turns out that most of the ARTs at my house stole," answered Via Vallen.

"From money, jewelry, new clothes that haven't been worn yet, even my LV shoes, belt, and Hermes shoes including the off white jacket for the dowry were all taken," she continued.

She has indeed had an unpleasant experience with an ART. In 2019, the ART stole her belongings. Even her underwear became the target.

She was once brokenhearted and finally used the services of an ART again, but the ARTs that she got ended up stealing at her house again.

Via mentions that the domestic worker apparently has a syndicate. Even to accomplish their actions, they have various ways.

“The domestic worker who steals seems to have a syndicate, sis. They even dare to turn off the electricity so that the CCTV goes off. But actually, it can still be seen on the CCTV,” she said.

“If not like that, they put the stolen items in a bag together with the garbage. Then they take it to the trash outside the house. So we only think it's just garbage. Turns out the items are in the outside septic tank and then that person takes them. Not to mention, they are naughty and flirty. So, I don't want to feel sorry anymore, I'm tired. So, I don't use a domestic worker,” concluded Via Vallen.
