Weight Over 1000 Kg, Soimah Will Sacrifice Her Jumbo Cow Named Kipli

It is known that last year Soimah invited Irfan Hakim to accompany her in choosing a suitable cow for sacrifice. After careful consideration, Soimah finally chose a black cow named Kipli. Through de Hakims' YouTube channel, Soimah plans to take care of Kipli first before sacrificing it on Eid al-Adha. Soimah admitted that she will leave Kipli at her father-in-law's house. “Let's take care of it first. Is it difficult to take care of this type of cow?” said Soimah.

1. Flashback When Soimah First Met Kipli

Last June 2023, Soimah invited her friend Irfan Hakim to help her choose a sacrificial cow at Setia Farm, a farm often visited by artists. It was there that Soimah met Kipli, a jumbo cow that immediately caught her attention.

"Oh, this one is pure black, cool with a tuft, that's why it's called Kipli," said Soimah when she first saw Kipli. Among the 3 candidate cows, Soimah firmly chose Kipli after considering its character, age, and aura.

"Its crown is in the middle, obedient, I will bathe you later, okay," said Soimah while caressing Kipli with love. Kipli, who is the mascot of Setia Farm, seems to have successfully captivated Soimah's heart since their first meeting.

2. Soimah Decides to Sacrifice Kipli This Year

Almost a year has passed since Soimah and Kipli's meeting, finally there's a new update! Through de Hakims' Youtube Channel, on May 28, 2024, Irfan visited Soimah's residence just to check on Kipli's condition, who is now even bigger.

Apparently, Soimah feeds Kipli cassava, tofu, and soybean waste. No wonder his weight is predicted to be more than 1000 kg according to Mas Hermawan, their regular cattle expert.

Although it's difficult to part ways, Soimah seems determined to release Kipli this year for the sacrificial ritual. "InshaAllah this year will be blessed, right, Mom?" Irfan asked. "Yes, this year, Pli." Soimah confidently answered. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly until the day of the ritual!
