In an official statement, Kensington Palace revealed that the princess was admitted to the hospital for a stomach surgery.
The surgery has been completed successfully. However, Kate still needs time for recovery.
After the surgery, Kate will rest in the hospital for at least two weeks. The palace stated that the princess needs to be treated for a minimum of 10 to 14 days after the operation.
