For his role in the film MOST DANGEROUS GAME, Liam Hemsworth moved on from Miley Cyrus by focusing on physical training. Keeping himself busy in a rather extreme way, Liam gained extra benefits and his body became more athletic as it is now.

"I spent a lot of time running around and getting beaten up (for the filming project). But it's amazing because it keeps me moving. I'm used to running 10 kilometers a day or setting goals, and I've never done this in my life," Liam explained.

2. The Importance of Sports

Not stopping there, Liam continued, "In the last 6 months, honestly, to keep my mind calm, I can say that exercising has played an important role for me."

What Liam conveyed this time is not far different from the confession of his trainer, Jason Walsh. According to him, Liam has trained hard and stayed focused throughout the project. As a result, he achieved an athletic body shape, a healthy lifestyle, and a positive mindset.
