When talking to Entertainment News about preparing to play Aquaman, Jason Momoa didn't go on a strict diet or preparation. "I just eat," said Jason Momoa to Francesca Amiker from Entertainment News in an exclusive interview. "I eat anything." he continued when asked what he consumes.
According to Jason Momoa, he will be moving and working all day long while shooting AQUAMAN AND THE LOST KINGDOM. This causes his body to continuously burn calories so he can eat anything. "Because you will burn a lot of calories, so I just eat and eat." he explained.

In essence, Jason Momoa says that the diet and fitness he does is more about keeping his body healthy, KLovers. This is done because Jason Momoa will be shooting scenes that require physical strength.
Jason Momoa said that he had to wear a costume weighing up to 40 pounds or 18 kilograms, KLovers! "You have to be ready. You will wear a suit that weighs up to 40 pounds," said Jason Momoa. Wow, just imagining it is already tiring!
