Bryana Bongolan is one of the close friends of former P. Diddy, Cassie Ventura. The famous fashion designer is suing P. Diddy for allegations of sexual harassment and violence that caused her to experience depression. Bryana claims that P. Diddy nearly killed her on Cassie's apartment balcony in Los Angeles.

The incident occurred when Bryana and her boyfriend were staying at Cassie Ventura's apartment in 2016. P. Diddy suddenly arrived in an emotional state and banged on the apartment door. Bryana claims P. Diddy grabbed and held her body on the 17th-floor balcony. P. Diddy then pulled her back after realizing there would be witnesses if he killed Bryana. P. Diddy then slammed Bryana inside the apartment.

Bryana officially sued P. Diddy because she did not want to continue being haunted by the fear from her trauma. James R. Nikraftar, the lawyer representing Bryana, stated that P. Diddy's actions were indeed intended to kill his client.

"The only purpose of hanging someone over a balcony is to truly kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and strip them of their own power and bodily safety. Ms. Bongolan refuses to let this fear control the rest of her life and filed this lawsuit to hold Sean Diddy Combs accountable for the trauma he intentionally inflicted," explained the lawyer.

3. The Continuation of the P. Diddy Case

Although P. Diddy is currently behind bars in Brooklyn, New York, a series of allegations and lawsuits continue to be filed against the name of the Hollywood music producer. So far, there have been around 120 lawsuits against P. Diddy for allegations of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and extortion.

He has maintained his innocence against all the accusations directed at him and has offered various kinds of guarantees. This is done so that he can be released from custody while awaiting trial. So far, P. Diddy has filed for bail three times, and all have been denied by the judge. He is set to stand trial in May 2025.
