Chloe also stated that as a gay woman, she feels it is important to have legal protections for the LGBTQ+ community in the United States. She emphasized the importance of bodily autonomy rights for women and access to proper healthcare services. "We need legal protection and the care that we deserve in this country," she expressed, voicing her hope for the creation of fairer policies for all groups.

In April 2024, Chloe and Kate sparked engagement speculation after being seen wearing similar rings on their left ring fingers while at Disneyland. Chloe had also been spotted wearing a similar ring at several other public events before.

The couple is very private about their relationship. Chloe has stated that she enjoys keeping her personal life out of the public eye and appreciates her long-term relationship without much publicity.
