Kapanlagi.com - The spread of the coronavirus or COVID-19 has become a nightmare for every country around the world. In the midst of such a dire situation, the government has issued various policies ranging from lockdowns to recommendations for social distancing.
Realizing this, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have decided to spread a positive message on their Instagram account. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex explain the importance of mental health, which is just as important as physical health.

"In situations like this, there are so many things happening. Many of us feel confused, lonely, anxious, or scared. In isolation, some of us may feel bored, or you don't know what to do without your usual routine. Know that feeling like that is normal," wrote Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Furthermore, they added, "The good side (because now we definitely want to hear good news, right?). Yes, we do have to isolate and keep our distance physically, but it doesn't mean we have to feel lonely."
Meghan and Harry then mentioned several volunteer organizations that can provide assistance for mental health. Among them are Crisis Text Line, Shout UK, Kids Help Phone, and CTL Ireland.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex urged anyone who feels bored or lonely at home and experiences symptoms of anxiety to contact these organizations. For those who are uncomfortable talking to strangers, it is advised to exchange messages with their family.
Unfortunately, the positive message conveyed by Sussex Royal received negative responses from netizens. Many wrote criticisms in the comment section, judging that Meghan and Harry are only taking advantage of the situation for their own benefit.
On the other hand, some hope that this couple will soon delete their Sussex Royal Instagram account, as they have already left their status as nobles. Well, what do you think about this?
