As a film that has not yet reached one month old since its launch by Visinema, JUMBO has been crowned as the highest-grossing Indonesian animated film of all time. This achievement has displaced the position of SI JUKI THE MOVIE: PANITIA HARI AKHIR which previously held that title in 2017 with a figure of 642,312.

JUMBO is an animated film that focuses on the story of a child named Don (Prince Poetiray). Every day, he always remembers the presence of his parents through a special fairy tale book and tells its contents to his friends. However, the book is stolen by Atta (M. Adhiyat) just moments after Don registers for the performance. In his mission to save his fairy tale book, he meets a girl ghost named Meri (Quinn Salman) who then agrees to help him.

As of April 13, 2025, JUMBO has garnered over three million viewers, a fantastic achievement for the animation industry in the country. This also brings the film directed by Ryan Adriandhy to another milestone, becoming Visinema's highest-grossing film with a figure of 3,275,697 in just two weeks.

2. STEALING RADEN SALEH (2022)

Do you remember the action film from 2022 starring Iqbaal Ramadhan alongside Angga Yunanda and Aghniny Haque? This film, directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, one of the founders of Visinema, was a boom across Indonesia. During its time, many fans expressed various appreciations for the film on social media, whether in the form of edits of several clips from the film and other works.

STEALING RADEN SALEH tells the story of Piko (Iqbaal Ramadhan) who is asked to sell replicas of paintings to earn a substantial amount of money. Not only that, he and Ucup (Angga Yunanda) are also given a mission to steal the original painting of the Capture of Prince Diponegoro by Raden Saleh at the Presidential Palace. They recruit Sarah (Aghniny Haque), Fella (Rachel Amanda), Tuktuk (Ari Irham), and Gofar (Umay Shahab) to carry out their plan. However, they are unexpectedly faced with a betrayal scenario afterward.

Until the end of its screening period, the film STEALING RADEN SALEH successfully garnered an audience of 2,350,741. This achievement made it the best-selling Visinema film, holding the first position before the release of JUMBO in 2025. The film also successfully entered a series of nominations at award events and brought home several trophies, such as the nomination for the Direction Award at Jakarta Film Week in 2022. 

3. LATER WE'LL TELL ABOUT TODAY (2020)

Similar to STEALING RADEN SALEH, the film LATER WE'LL TELL ABOUT TODAY is also directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko. This film successfully expanded the slice of life genre, further developing it in the Indonesian film industry. It's no surprise that this genre has now become one of the film currents that audiences are interested in besides horror.

This film released by Visinema in early 2020 successfully garnered an audience of 2,256,908 from the start to the end of its screening period in Indonesian cinemas. The slight difference in revenue numbers caused this film's position to be overtaken by STEALING RADEN SALEH later on.

The story contained in the film LATER WE'LL TELL ABOUT TODAY is adapted from a novel of the same name by Marchella Febritrisia Putri. Angkasa (Rio Dewanto), Aurora (Sheila Dara), and Awan (Rachel Amanda) are three siblings from a family that seems to have a happy life. After experiencing her first major failure, Awan meets Kale (Ardhito Pramono), who then provides her with various life experiences and new feelings. However, Awan's change in attitude also brings pressure from her parents. Secrets and traumas within their family ultimately come to light after the three siblings rebel.

4. HOME SWEET LOAN (2024)

The last film that became a popular screening in Indonesia from Visinema is HOME SWEET LOAN. Directed by Sabrina Rochelle Kalangie, the same person behind the films TERLALU TAMPAN (2019) and NOKTA MERAH PERKAWINAN (2022), it has successfully garnered an audience of up to 1,720,271 in theaters.

The song Berakhir di Aku performed by Idgitaf and Kembali Pulang - Suara Kayu feat. Feby Putri as the OST of HOME SWEET LOAN features deep lyrics that can immerse the audience in the emotional atmosphere of the film. HOME SWEET LOAN adapts a story contained in a novel written by Almira Bastari with the same title. It tells the story of an office worker named Kaluna (Yunita Siregar) who dreams of leaving her family's home and settling in her own house because she is uncomfortable with the existing environment. However, she is forced to bury her dreams for the time being due to the reality that her family's financial situation is in a difficult period. Her parents and siblings are facing various financial problems that make them dependent on her.
