Agatha Pricilla, Sivia Azizah, Yura Yunita and Nadin Amizah Trusted to Recycle 'MULAN' Soundtrack

Kapanlagi.com - The live-action MULAN failed to be screened in Indonesian cinemas due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has become a global health problem. However, on December 4th, this film starring Yifei Liu and Gong Li will be available on the Disney+ Hotstar streaming service.

Prior to its release, Disney invited four female singers, namely Agatha Pricilla, Sivia Azizah, Nadin Amizah, and Yura Yunita, to recycle the song Reflection. This song is the soundtrack of the animated version of MULAN, originally performed by Christina Aguilera.

1. Different Characters, Different Vocal Ranges

Agatha Pricilla, Sivia Azizah, Yura Yunita, and Nadin Amizah are happy to be involved in the Reflection song recycle project. Despite having different vocal ranges and music styles, they are still able to showcase their personal characters.

"We have different characters and vocal ranges, but what makes us happy here is that we can still be ourselves and highlight our respective characters," said Yura during a virtual conference session via Zoom on Thursday (19/11/2020).

2. Knowing Each Other's Capacities

Knowing the difference in vocal ranges doesn't hinder these four women from performing harmoniously. Because they can divide the parts according to their capacities.

"What's exciting is the division of the parts, because we are already on the same frequency and also friends, so dividing the parts is not difficult," explained Yura Yunita.

"We already know each other's capacities. For example, who can't reach the high notes or the low notes," concluded Agatha Pricilla.

The latest version of the Reflection song will be released on various music platforms starting from Friday, November 20, 2020. Meanwhile, the music video can be watched on the Disney Music Asia Vevo Youtube channel on the same date.
