Aurora Ribero Reveals Jefri Nichol's Strange Habit Every Shooting Break

Kapanlagi.com - Jefri Nichol, Aurora Ribero, and Axel Matthew Thomas are united in the big screen project LIKE RAIN THAT FALLS TO EARTH. The film directed by Lasja F Susatyo went through the shooting process in early 2019.

After almost a year without any news, Lasja stated that the romantic drama adaptation of Boy Candra's novel faced some obstacles. In fact, there was additional shooting recently.

"The release was delayed because of several obstacles and challenges. Yesterday, there was a take because the shooting time was reduced due to one of the cast members falling ill. So, the important scenes in the script couldn't be captured. That's what we have to finish," said Lasja in a press conference in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday (13/3/2020).

1. Jefri Nichol's Weird Habits During Filming

Jefri Nichol and Aurora Ribero were paired for the first time in a feature film. Jefri admitted that he was surprised because his co-star was even younger than his sibling.

"Aurora is fun and very young, she is younger than my sibling. Despite that, she is professional and proper, it's very comfortable working with her," said Jefri when met at the same place.

Aurora Ribero also expressed a similar sentiment, stating that Jefri Nichol is a fun person to work with. Interestingly, Aurora once caught Jefri doing something strange during a break in filming. "He likes to dance alone, he is a very random person," Aurora said while laughing.

2. Scheduled for Mid-Year Release

SEPERTI HUJAN YANG JATUH KE BUMI is planned to be released in mid-2020. The film tells the story of Kevin and Nara, who have been friends since childhood.

Secretly, Kevin actually has feelings for Nara. However, his hopes of being with his friend are hindered when Nara falls in love with a mysterious figure named Juned.
