Kapanlagi.com - After being delayed due to the pandemic, the film KADET 1947, which marks Givina's big screen debut, is finally ready to be released. In this action genre film, Givina plays the character named Asih.
What's interesting is that Asih is the only female character in the film directed by Rahabi Mandra and Aldo Swastia. This fact made Givina anxious when she first went through the shooting process.
"From the beginning of entering this film project, I had my own anxieties. Because I am a newcomer, and I became the only female character. I was worried about how I could work with seniors and talented people," said Givina when met at Plaza Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Monday (22/11/2021).
Fortunately, even though she was considered a newcomer at that time, Givina received support from the actors involved. "But thankfully, we were able to work together well. We all collaborated to make this film good," she added.

In the movie CADET 1947, Givina was cast as the partner of the character Sutarjo Sigit played by Bisma Karisma. She admitted that she had only met Bisma twice before filming.
To overcome this, Givina often came to the shooting location even when there was no schedule for her scenes. There, she had many conversations with Bisma to establish chemistry.
"We only had two readings. Meanwhile, the relationship between Asih and Sigit is very intense. So we just talked a lot," said the younger sibling of comedian Uus.
"Even though we only had two readings, Givina always came to the set to accompany me," added Bisma.
CADET 1947 will be simultaneously released in cinemas throughout Indonesia starting from November 25, 2021. It is also starred by Kevin Julio, Marthino Lio, Chicco Kurniawan, Omara Esteghlal, Wafda Saifan, Fajar Nugra, and many more.
