Until now, the food served remains consistently Haka-style, adapted to the Indonesian palate.

When visiting this legendary restaurant, Zack Lee, the host of this show, talks to Indra Wijaya, the 4th generation owner of Siauw A Tjiap Restaurant. Indra reveals the history and struggle of his family in maintaining the restaurant.

Indra also shares various situations and obstacles that he and his family have overcome. Like when choosing the successor of Siauw A Tjiap, Indra initially didn't want to continue his parents' business. However, because of his love for his family, he was determined to continue the restaurant business, thus rejecting job offers elsewhere.

"The most important thing for me is family. I will reject wealth, no matter how much, if it takes me away from my family," said Indra.
