The film 'GAMPANG CUAN' tells the story of Sultan (Vino G. Bastian), a man and the eldest son in the family, who migrates to Jakarta from Sukabumi. One day, his younger sister, Bilqis (Anya Geraldine), follows her brother to try her luck and at the same time they find out that their late father left a debt of Rp300 million that must be paid off immediately.
On the other hand, Sultan is required to finance his youngest sibling's education, Aji (Alzi Markers). Sultan and Bilqis then struggle to find money to pay off the debt without their mother's knowledge, Mamah Diah (Meriam Bellina).
The film 'Gampang Cuan' highlights the financial ups and downs often faced by society, from debts to stock investments wrapped in a comedy-drama atmosphere.
The writer and director, Rahabi Mandra, said, "Because of money, people can become daring. Eventually, it also affects relationships with loved ones. There have been many cases of family relationships breaking because of money. So, this film tries to frame this phenomenon through the dynamic, silly, and mutually dependent relationship between siblings."
In the film trailer, the Sundanese dialogue is quite thick, accompanying the silly actions of the characters. This is a new experience for Anya Geraldine.
"Here I become a strict sister who, from the outside, is stubborn, but actually cares about family. It takes time to be able to fluently scold in Sundanese. It's difficult, you know, the Sundanese language (Turns out Sundanese is difficult). But now it has become a habit to watch Sundanese comedy content. Once you understand it, it's really funny (When you understand it, it's really funny)," explained Anya.

The three siblings Sultan, Bilqis, and Aji appear glamorous like wealthy people, but they live in a simple house with cracked walls and a Palembang mattress.
Prior to the release of this poster and trailer, Instagram social media was abuzz with posts from the Gampang Cuan cast uploading photos of stacks of money in shopping bags.
One of them is Sultan's actor, Vino G Bastian, who wrote, "This is the first time I've been paid in cash for shooting! Alhamdulillah, my hard work has paid off." The post immediately became a hot topic among netizens. Many of them admitted that they couldn't wait for the film GAMPANG CUAN to be released in theaters.
