Film 'KETOK MEJIK' Trailer Officially Released, Ananta Rispo Works in a Workshop

Yogi S. Calam stated that the trailer is intentionally focused on introducing the characters Ben, Made, and Saged to the audience. Meanwhile, the main conflict in the film is kept under wraps to ensure that the cinema experience remains intact.

"We want the audience to get to know Ben, Made, and Saged first. There are still many parts of their journey that we have not shown because we want the viewing experience to remain intact when this film is released in theaters," said Yogi S. Calam when met at Plaza Senayan, Jakarta, on Monday (13/7/2026).

Through the interactions of these three characters, Ketok Mejik presents a story of friendship wrapped in both comedy and drama. In addition to showcasing the unique humor of its cast, the film also highlights the struggles of three friends trying to improve their lives.

In line with Yogi, producer Handoko stated that the released trailer only shows a small part of the journey of Ben, Made, and Saged. According to him, there are still many surprises that will be revealed when the film is screened in theaters.

"This film starts from the story of three friends who all want to improve their lives. The official trailer only shows a little of their journey. The rest will develop along with the story in the film," explained Handoko.

Handoko also assessed that the chemistry between Rispo, Tarra Budiman, and Dodit Mulyanto is one of the main strengths of this film. The three are considered capable of presenting a blend of comedy and drama that makes the story feel close to everyday life.

The film KETOK MEJIK is produced by HAHA Production in collaboration with AZ Films and Kita Films. This film is scheduled to be released simultaneously in Indonesian cinemas starting August 13, 2026.
