Kapanlagi.com - Thai film star, Ter Chantavit, has just arrived in Indonesia for the gala premiere of his latest horror-comedy film, 404 Run Run. This visit is a special moment, considering the last time Ter was in Indonesia was nine years ago.
"I am really excited because it's been nine years since I came to Indonesia. Back then, I also watched with Indonesian fans, and there was a lot of laughter," explained Ter Chantavit at CGV Grand Indonesia, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (1/8/2025).
Not only greeting fans, Ter came along with the director of 404 Run Run, Pichaya Jarusboonpracha. The warm welcome from Indonesian audiences made Ter feel confused and surprised by his popularity here.
"I am Thai, and I don't know how famous I am. So when I came to Indonesia, it was so many people. Especially, there are many who tag me on Instagram too," he said while laughing.

Pichaya admitted that he felt nervous before entering the cinema studio during the gala premiere. He was worried about how the Indonesian audience would respond to the film he directed.
"Actually, I didn't dare to enter the studio just now," said Pichaya Jarusboonpracha while laughing.
However, that feeling of worry quickly disappeared when Pichaya heard the very positive reactions from the audience. The sound of laughter filling the room made him feel satisfied and happy with his work.
"But when I was about to enter and heard the loud laughter, it made me feel happy," he added.

The film 404 Run Run is a horror-comedy that presents a fresh story with a touch of typical Thai humor. In addition to Ter Chantavit, the film also stars Thanaerng Kanyawee Songmuang, Daou Pittaya Saechua, Arethai Supathat Opas, and renowned comedian Nui Chernyim.
Additionally, Indonesian artists such as Abidzar Al Ghifari and Adzana Ashel also make cameo appearances. Their involvement adds color to the story, which will begin screening in Indonesian cinemas on January 15, 2025, after the gala premiere held by KlikFilm.
