I KNOW WHEN YOU DIE 2: SUICIDE VILLAGE will continue the story of the main character named Siena (Natasha Wilona). In this story, Siena has the ability to recognize signs of people who will face death, after experiencing near-death in the first film. Siena, who is now in college and meets new friends, feels depressed about her ability. Siena finally chooses to visit a psychiatrist to overcome the problem she is experiencing. After the visit to the psychiatrist, Siena tries to accept that special ability and comes up with an idea to help people using that ability.

Siena and her friends feel called to come to Rametuk village, a haunted village full of terror and mystery, where the villagers commit suicide one after another. The villagers of Remetuk commit suicide tragically, even without realizing it, which means there is a terror or curse that possesses them to do so. Therefore, Siena hopes that with her ability, she can help stop the curse terror that is happening. Unfortunately, when that ability was needed, the ability within Seina didn't function. Siena and her friends witnessed a horrifying and brutal incident of suicide directly. So, did Seina and her friends manage to stop the curse terror happening in the village of Remetuk, or did they become the target of the curse from a terrifying and deadly figure in the form of a scarecrow that threatened their lives?
