Playing a Kissing Scene with Marcell Darwin, Yuki Kato Admits to Being Nervous

"So we were filming in Japan, and this scene was really difficult, but luckily my co-star Marcell made me feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful. So there's a scene in Yokohama where something happens between Arya and Lia, and then there's that scene, the one in the trailer, our scene that's almost something (a kiss), but you'll just have to watch it," said Yuki Kato when interviewed at Le Meridien, Karet, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (7/1).

1. Palpitations Almost Dead

Although it's not difficult to build chemistry with Marcell Darwin, Yuki Kato still feels nervous when doing kissing scenes. "Yes, I'm nervous to the point of almost dying, you know. Even though the chemistry is already good with Marcell, I'm still nervous," said the beautiful actress born on April 2, 1995.

2. Feeling Uncomfortable with Marcell Darwin's Future Wife

On that occasion, Yuki Kato was asked about her reaction if Marcell Darwin's future wife, Nabila Faisal, saw the kissing scene.

"Honestly, I was about to talk to Marcell after this interview. Because you asked, I had a flashback of all the scenes. I also haven't met Marcell's future wife yet, but from what I see, she seems like a pleasant person," she said.

Yuki is confident that Marcell's future wife will understand that it's just a scene in a movie. "Well, we'll talk about it later and hopefully she'll understand. This is also part of a scene in a movie to support the movie itself, to support the character so that the story flows smoothly, and the emotions resonate with the viewers, right?" Yuki concluded.
