This is the inspiration behind this year's Vidio Slate event theme, Vidio Curiosity 2025, with the slogan "Initially curious, ultimately hooked." With this theme, Vidio hopes that the lineup of original series titles presented in 2025 will provide a new experience full of surprises for Vidio's loyal viewers. The theme of curiosity very much describes the evolution of the Vidio platform. Started in 2014 with a simple vision, Vidio grew out of the curiosity of its founders to answer a fundamental question: What if we could change the entertainment industry in Indonesia? Vidio began with the concept of User Generated Content (UGC), also broadcasting various TV channels (FTA TV), and continued to adapt, ultimately becoming a leader in OTT services in Indonesia with 4.5 million subscribers.
In 2018, Vidio made history by becoming the OTT platform for international sports broadcasting in Indonesia through the live broadcast of the XVIII Asian Games. This strengthened Vidio's position as an innovative platform that provides broad access to premium content. As part of EMTEK, which operates in media, technology, and telecommunications, Vidio has become the platform of this group in providing content choices in line with the evolving digital entertainment landscape.
Over the course of ten years, Vidio has continued to enrich its content offerings and provide quality entertainment that is always relevant and meets the needs of Indonesian viewers. In 2025, Vidio will complete its original series production to a total of 100 titles produced by skilled directors and featuring renowned actors.
And in 2025, Vidio continues to strengthen its position as the most productive OTT in Indonesia by presenting 14 original series, with a choice of genres from action, drama to romance, and for the first time, Vidio will present an adaptation series from popular Korean IP as well as animated works from famous novel and film IPs.

In this event, Vidio showcased a lineup of original Vidio content that will be released with a total of 14 titles featuring more exciting surprises. Among the 9 new titles are BAD GUYS, MAMA-MAMA PENGEJAR CINTA, THEO & RUZA, ROMAN DENDAM, BENCI BILANG CINTA, JALINAN TERLARANG, MALAM PERTAMA, CINTA DALAM SUJUDKU, and SUGAR BABY. Additionally, there will be continuations of 4 popular series, namely SCANDAL 3, SANTRI PILIHAN BUNDA 2, OPEN BO 3, AND PERTARUHAN THE SERIES 3.
Vidio also presents an adaptation of a novel and film in animated form titled MY STUPID BOSS. This is a new breakthrough from Vidio, The Animated Series. The animated film will be directed by Daryl Wilson, produced by Frederica, and features voice actors from the original cast such as Reza Rahadian, Bunga Citra Lestari, Chew Kin Wah.
