The series TUNNEL is back on Netflix starting November 3, 2022, after previously being released on GoPlay in 2019. TUNNEL comes with 16 episodes with an exciting and thrilling storyline in uncovering murder cases.

Directed alternately by Ifa Isfansyah, Wicaksono Wisnu Legowo, and Sidharta Tata, this series is a collaboration between BASE Entertainment and Fourcolours Films. Not less interesting, TUNNEL is starred by famous actors and actresses such as Donny Alamsyah, Hana Malasan, Andri Mashadi, Putri Ayudya, Rukman Rosadi, Verdi Solaiman, and Kiki Narendra.

TUNNEL is a web series adapted from South Korea with the same title. The series TUNNEL carries the genre of crime mystery.

The story of this TUNNEL is based on a true story known as the Hwaseong murder case, which is one of the most brutal serial killings in the history of South Korean crime.

It tells the story of a detective named Tigor (Donny Alamsyah) who tries to solve a murder case that occurred in Yogyakarta in 1990.

One day, Tigor, a detective of Batak descent, finds a body in an unusual condition. Many young girls' lives were taken due to the serial killings over time.

Knowing this, Tigor immediately tries to investigate the murder case and find out the cause.

Tigor and his colleague Ario or Yoyo (Andri Mashadi) conduct investigations at each murder location, as the victims are scattered in various places.

When arriving at the tunnel which is one of the investigation locations, suddenly Tigor faints when he wants to catch the suspicious figure that is already in front of him.

When Tigor regains consciousness, he is shocked to find himself in the year 2020, exactly 30 years after the murder case occurred. Knowing this, Tigor hurriedly returns to the police station. And he realizes that the murder case has not been solved yet.
