Synopsis 'DUA HATI BIRU': The Continuation of the Love Story of Dara and Bima

The film TWO BLUE HEARTS begins by showing the life of Bima, who is now a single father to his son, Adam (Farrell Rafisqy). Bima struggles hard to raise Adam with the support of his parents.

Meanwhile, Dara, who is Adam's mother, continues her education in South Korea. Dara's absence for four years leaves Bima with the huge responsibility of taking care of Adam on his own.

After four years of studying in South Korea, Dara finally returns to Jakarta. Her return is not only as a wife but also as a mother who must begin to take an active role in her son Adam's life. Dara tries to reconnect with Adam after a long separation and also works to rebuild her household with Bima.

A major challenge for Dara is adjusting to her new role after living independently in a foreign country for so long, while Bima also has to adapt to Dara's presence after getting used to being a single father.

Although Dara's return is expected to bring happiness, the reality is that it opens up a series of new problems. The differences in perspective after four years apart cause tension between Dara and Bima, especially regarding child-rearing and family financial management.
