In this second film, SI DOEL THE MOVIE 2 tells the story of Sarah who has left Doel for 15 years to settle in the Netherlands with their son, Dul. When Sarah left, Doel chose to marry Zaenab. However, deep in Doel's heart, he still misses Sarah and Dul.

He then plans to meet Sarah in the Netherlands. With the help of his old friend in the Netherlands, he goes to the Netherlands with Mandra under the pretense of a business trip to Zaenab.
