Yesaya Abraham Transforms into a Nerdy Guy in His Latest Series, Gets Mouth Ulcers from Wearing Fake Teeth

Kapanlagi.com - Young star Yesaya Abraham becomes the male lead in a series titled TWO FACES OF ARJUNA. Interestingly, in this fantasy drama, Yesaya is presented with two contrasting physical appearances.

The first appearance is the handsome Yesaya that is known by the public. The second appearance is a nerdy look complete with glasses and crooked teeth.

"I was really interested in joining this series because not only the storyline, but also because it's the first time I have different appearances and characters in one title. Let's go," said Yesaya when met at MD Place, Setiabudi area, South Jakarta, Monday (30/10/2023).

1. Shooting with False Teeth

To look goofy, Yesaya was required to wear false teeth. Before the shooting process began, the production team designed false teeth that were suitable for the actor to use while acting.

"Before shooting, I went to the dentist to have my teeth molded. The shooting lasted for forty days, and about forty percent of the total shooting time was spent wearing false teeth. But it's not something that I continuously wear, it can be removed, only worn when needed," said Yesaya.

2. Canker Sores and Unable to Eat

Yesaya Abraham revealed that shooting while wearing false teeth was not easy. His mouth even developed canker sores due to the use of false teeth.

"During shooting, I had difficulty communicating because there was a wire at the end of the false teeth. I even got canker sores and couldn't eat anymore," he said.

DUA WAJAH ARJUNA produced by MD Entertainment will be released on the WeTV streaming service starting from November 10, 2023. This series tells the story of Arjuna, who was born with an unattractive appearance. But everything changes when he is given a spray that can make him handsome.
