CUBE (1997) - Six strangers wake up trapped in a mysterious cube-shaped structure with thousands of rooms filled with deadly traps. They must solve complex mathematical codes while avoiding death lurking around every corner to find a way out.

Similar to FINAL DESTINATION, death lurks on every floor in unexpected ways. Filmed in a found footage style, they must survive while searching for a way out of the building filled with bloodthirsty and highly aggressive infected creatures.
THE MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN (2008) Photographer Leon uncovers a series of mysterious murders occurring on the midnight subway train every day. This film, reminiscent of FINAL DESTINATION, features brutal and bloody deaths. Leon becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth but ends up entangled in a dark conspiracy involving a sadistic serial killer who uses the train as a hunting ground for innocent victims every night.
READY OR NOT (2019) Grace, who has just married, must survive a deadly game of hide-and-seek with her wealthy husband's family. As a film similar to FINAL DESTINATION, death comes in unexpected and horrifying ways. The Le Domas family has a dark tradition that requires Grace to hide while they try to kill her using antique weapons in a very sadistic and terrifying ritual.
THE HILLS HAVE EYES (2006) The Carter family is stranded in the Nevada desert and attacked by a cannibal clan living in the remote mountains. Like the film FINAL DESTINATION, death comes in brutal and unexpected ways. They must survive against the sadistic assaults of a mutant family that has claimed the desert territory as their hunting ground to stalk and prey on anyone who is not careful.
