COWBOY BEBOP, the iconic anime series that aired in 1999, will receive a live-action adaptation by Netflix. With John Cho in the lead role as Spike Spiegel. The adaptation of this anime produced by Sunrise Inc has garnered a lot of attention from the released trailers. It's no wonder, with its iconic jazz soundtrack filled by the Japanese band Seatbelts. COWBOY BEBOP is one of several anime series that successfully dubbed in English outside of Japan.

Actually, fans have been requesting some sort of reboot or live action adaptation of this anime series, and finally, in 2021, thanks to the collaboration between Netflix and Tomorrow Studios, COWBOY BEBOP returns to the screen after being absent for over 2 decades. COWBOY BEBOP tells the story of a former bounty hunter turned bounty hunter Spike Spiegel in a fictional universe where Earth is considered uninhabitable, prompting humans to explore the Solar System. His daily life involves searching for jobs on a spaceship called Bebop.

The live-action adaptation of COWBOY BEBOP premiered on November 19, 2021. The first episode was written by THOR: RAGNAROK screenwriter, Christopher Yost, and each episode will have a duration of one hour or more.

One of the most exciting aspects of this series is its cool soundtrack. And true to form, the original composer of the anime, Yoko Kanno, has returned as the composer for the live-action adventure.

The main star of COWBOY BEBOP, Spike Spiegel, will be played by John Cho. But did you know that Spike Spiegel in the film is 27 years old, while John Cho is already 50 years old? Turns out Cho is also ageless.
