The teaser reveals a human who is presumably being used as an experiment subject, with hands and a watch pointing to Vander.

Warwick's background involves a transformation through a series of painful experiments, scenes shown in the ARCANE teaser trailer. The trailer shows someone being used as an experiment subject, and considering that Silco and his group were the last to see Vander's body, all signs point to Vander being the one undergoing this transformation.
