The Singapore Comic Con 2023 event was flooded by cosplayers who poured their all into enlivening this annual event. Taking place at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, last weekend SGCC successfully accommodated comic lovers, hobby toy enthusiasts, and gamers.

Kapanlagi, along with Indonesian cosplayer Agung (@mrag_agung), experienced the excitement of SGCC firsthand at the location. Not only that, this year's event featured two special guests, veteran comic artist Tony Wong (TAPAK SAKTI, TIGER WONG) and Marvel comic artist Peach Momoko.

KapanLagi had the opportunity to witness the excitement of Singapore Comic Con 2023 live at Sand Expo and Exhibition, Singapore, on December 9th and 10th, 2023. One of the Indonesian cosplayers, Agung, also participated as a panelist.

Agung, whose works can be seen on IG @mrag_agung, chose to wear the White Power Ranger costume. This sentai character is already popular among fanboys in Indonesia.

The legendary comic artist Tony Wong was also present. For those who are not familiar, he is a famous figure among kung fu comic lovers in the 90s. His works such as TAPAK SAKTI and TIGER WONG have colored the Indonesian comic industry.

For hardcore Marvel fans, attending SGCC will be an unforgettable memory. Peach Momoko, one of the popular illustrators for Marvel comics like X-MEN: DEMON DAYS, came to liven up the event. There were long queues of fans who wanted to get their comic collections authenticated.

Spider-Punk became a variant of Spider-Man that immediately skyrocketed in popularity because of the film SPIDER-MAN ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE.

Another Power Ranger Cosplay. Although the sentai series in Japan has reached dozens of seasons, the most popular series is the first one adapted for international viewers.
