Lee Harker, a young FBI agent, is faced with a complex case for a beginner. He is assigned to hunt down Longlegs, a mysterious and occult-related serial killer associated with the Nine Circles of Hell. The evidence found indicates that Longlegs uses supernatural powers to carry out his actions.

The case becomes more complicated when it is discovered that he has a personal connection to the serial killer. Trapped in a complex situation, Harker is determined to stop Longlegs before he claims the life of his next victim.
