HELLBOY (Ron Perlman) is a creature from another world who lives on Earth and works for the secret organization B.P.R.D. that is tasked with protecting the world from supernatural threats. As a being who lives between two worlds, Hellboy often faces dilemmas about his identity.
On the other hand, humans begin to show greedy traits and destroy nature. This triggers the anger of the Elf nation, who feel that the world is no longer balanced. They believe that humans deserve to be exterminated to save the Earth.
The Elf nation then creates an army known as The Golden Army, a group of invincible mechanical soldiers designed to defeat humans. However, the army ultimately becomes uncontrollable and threatens all life.
To avoid total destruction, the Elf nation decides to divide the controlling power of The Golden Army into three parts. Two parts are held by the Elf nation, while the other part is guarded by humans as a symbol of peace.

The peace between humans and Elves did not last long because Prince Naruda (Luke Goss) rejected the agreement. He believes that humans are the cause of the world's destruction and must be removed from the face of the earth.
Naruda begins to gather the fragments of The Golden Army's power to resurrect the army. After easily obtaining the first piece, he continues his pursuit of the other two pieces without mercy.
Knowing Prince Naruda's evil plan, Hellboy and the B.P.R.D. team move quickly to stop him before The Golden Army's forces become active again. Despite facing personal dilemmas, Hellboy is determined to protect humanity from destruction.
This task is not easy, especially when Hellboy also has to confront inner conflicts and a complicated relationship with his girlfriend, Liz Sherman. A great battle is inevitable, bringing two worlds together in an epic confrontation.
