Kapanlagi.com - Amidst the busy schedule of the UN General Assembly, BTS continued their activities in New York as special envoys of the Korean president by visiting the Metropolitan Museum, also known as The Met.
Interestingly, at the largest art museum in the US, BTS were not alone, but came with the First Lady of Korea, Kim Jung Sook. At the museum, which is also the venue for the Met Gala, BTS presented a piece of art by Korean artist Chung Heecho to The Met as a gift.
The art piece called Rhythm of the Five Color Luster is a lacquer vessel whose colors are based on the five elements in East Asian cosmology. There, BTS, represented by RM, also gave a speech, stating that this is a golden opportunity, as Korean art can finally be displayed in the center of the art world.
