10 Portraits of Olivia Marsh Discussing Her Latest Single 'Heaven', Realizing Childhood Dreams - Her Father as the First Listener

During an interview with KapanLagi.com, Olivia Marsh talked about her childhood dreams. Who would have thought that Olivia could now make that dream come true.

"It seems like, yes, I released my own song. I almost forgot. But recently I saw my work and I found a CD with the name Olivia Marsh on it. So it’s like I made an album cover," said Olivia Marsh.

"And I think even though I was still a child, I dreamed of making my own album and releasing my own songs. So it’s like a beautiful memory for me. I am very grateful for that and to be able to share my voice with everyone," she added.

Olivia Marsh also shared her family's reaction when they listened to her song 'Heaven'. Apparently, her father was the first listener.

"I always play my songs to my family, even before they are released. And it seems that my dad is the first one I let listen to my songs. And he makes me think to keep making them," said Olivia.

That moment then took Olivia Marsh and her family down memory lane, where some of her childhood memories had even been forgotten.

"Because we finally talked one night. And he shared memories that I hadn't remembered for a long time because I was still a child. So it was like our paths connected and we remembered those memories. Even choosing footage for the video was very emotional because I had never seen it. I watched it with my mom and my little sister and we cried together. And we said, 'Oh my God, I remember this moment.' It felt very emotional to see those videos," reminisced Olivia.

With the release of this latest single, Olivia Marsh hopes that more people can feel the comfort that she also feels when listening to 'Heaven'.

"For me, Heaven is very warm and comfortable. And I really enjoy listening to it when the weather is cold, to provide comfort. But also, this song is about feeling something for someone. Feeling unconditional love for someone. So I hope people also feel that while listening to this song. And get all the emotions too," said Olivia.
