Thai K-Pop idol, Sorn CLC, recently caused a stir with her post on Instagram. Not without reason, she admitted to fasting during Ramadan to show her support for Muslims. Along with two other friends, Sorn also broke her fast at an Indian restaurant. Curious to see the photos?
This is Sorn CLC's post where she admitted to fasting during Ramadan not long ago. She was accompanied by her two friends, Leonard Lim and Sabrina Azhar.
In another post, Sorn admitted that she actually has a sibling who is a Muslim in her home country, Thailand.
Not only from her Insta Story posts, Sorn's first experience fasting during Ramadan was also documented in a vlog on the YouTube channel Wild Channel.
Although she did not appear in the suhoor moment with Leonard Lim and Sabrina Azhar, Sorn also admitted that she had suhoor at home.
After stopping by a coffee shop and sleeping for 2 hours at a hotel, the three of them decided to break their fast together at an Indian restaurant.
Sorn also managed to capture the iftar menu that had appeared in front of her while adding a gif that says 'Iftar Time'.
Sitting next to Leonard, Sorn finally enjoyed the food she had ordered while showcasing her happy expression and gestures.
At the end of the video, Sorn shared how she felt for having fasted for a full day.
She admitted that she was used to suppressing hunger due to her busy schedule as an idol. Nevertheless, Sorn still salutes the Muslims who fast during the entire month of Ramadan without pause.
Because of this, Sorn's name immediately became a hot topic on social media and garnered a lot of praise, especially from CLC fans.
