Both former members of SISTAR talked about many things, such as their experiences in the K-Pop industry and their personal lives, while having drinks with the two hosts.

Towards the end of their conversation, Soyou candidly revealed an unexpected fact about herself, which is that she suffers from severe panic disorder.

Soyou shared that she went through difficult times when she experienced panic attacks amidst her busy schedule a few years ago.

This heartbreaking experience for Soyou happened around 2015 when she released the digital single 'Lean on Me' with Kwon Jung Yeol from 10cm.

Furthermore, Soyou explained that her memory even became blurred because she had to take medication to deal with her panic attacks.

"I suffered from severe panic attacks. I almost don't remember anything about the 'Lean on Me' promotion. Everything is blurry because I relied heavily on medication," she recalled.

In addition to taking medication, Soyou also added that she has a coping mechanism to deal with stress, which is traveling.

"Currently, I focus on having fun. I am determined to travel at least once a year. When I travel, I let go of all my worries and just have fun," said Soyou.

Even Soyou had a full month vacation in Bali and really enjoyed it, to the point where she wants to go back there again. "Absolutely perfect. Bali is so cool!" she exclaimed.
