The first mini-album 'BAD LOVE' by Key has been released today, September 27, 2021, at 16:00 WIB through various music sites, such as Flo, Melon, Genie, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, QQ Music, Kugou Music, and Kuwo Music. The music video for the song 'BAD LOVE' will also be released through the SMTOWN YouTube channel and Naver TV at the same time.
'BAD LOVE' is a pop dance song with strong synth sounds and a retro impression. The lyrics of this song depict someone who is shattered by a love that feels like a nightmare but can't let go of their partner.
The first mini-album 'BAD LOVE' by Key contains a total of 6 songs, including 'Saturday Night', 'Eighteen (End Of My World)', 'Hate that...(feat. Taeyeon)', 'Yellow Tape', 'Helium', and 'BAD LOVE', which is the title track of this album.
Key also successfully held an online concert 'Beyond LIVE' on September 26, 2021, and performed various songs, including the debut performance of the song 'BAD LOVE' and 4 other songs from the mini-album 'BAD LOVE'.
Key performed a total of 16 songs in the online concert. In addition to his latest songs, Key also performed the songs 'One of Those Nights', 'Forever Yours', and 'Imagine' from his first full-length album 'Face'. Then there's the song 'Hologram', which is his debut solo song in Japan, and 'Body Rhythm' from SHINee's 7th full-length album 'Don't Call Me', performed in Key's unique style.
Meanwhile, Key will hold a live broadcast 'KEY's 'BAD LOVE' ODYSSEY' exactly 1 hour before the release of his first mini-album 'BAD LOVE', on September 27, 2021, at 15:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time) through SHINee's YouTube channel. Through this broadcast, Key will share many stories, including introducing his latest album, album preparations, and sneak peeks of his activities.
