In November 2020, Oki Setiana Dewi was blessed with her fourth child named Sulaiman Ali Abdullah.

Since birth, Sulaiman has been diagnosed with several abnormalities. This fourth child of hers has cryptorchidism, undescended testicles.

In addition to cryptorchidism, Sulaiman also has laryngomalacia (abnormality of the larynx bone) and hypotonia (weak muscles).
