Victims Complain of Being Deceived by Olivia Nathania Posing as CPNS, Here's Nia Daniaty's Response

Kapanlagi.com - Agustin, a woman who claimed to be the first victim of a scam disguised as a Civil Servant (PNS) position by Olivia Nathania, once complained to Nia Daniaty. However, her efforts did not yield any results.

In the end, Agustin decided to meet Nia Daniaty in the Cikini area of Central Jakarta and inform her about her child's behavior. However, at that time, Nia Daniaty responded by saying that Olivia already has her own life.

"We have been fine, and Nia replied, 'Mrs. Titin, I'm sorry, Oliv is already married, it's no longer my responsibility,' that's the answer from Mrs. Nia," said Agustin in the Senayan area of South Jakarta, on Saturday (25/9).

1. Failed Meeting

Agustin herself emphasized that she only wanted Nia to be her intermediary because Olivia disappeared. However, Farhat Abas' ex-wife couldn't do anything and could only promise a meeting, which ultimately failed to take place and ended up contacting her lawyer.

"Bu Nia (said) 'it's okay, because she (Oli) doesn't live with me, I'll try to call her and I'll contact you later'"," she said.

"I apologize once again to Bu Nia, I went home, and the next day I went to her house, turns out it was empty and guarded by three Ambon people," she concluded.

2. Scam with CPNS Pretense

It is known that Nia Daniati's daughter, Olivia Nathania, together with her husband Rafly N Tilaar, were reported to the police for allegedly promising 225 people to pass as civil servants with a total of Rp 9.7 billion. The report against Nia Daniati's child is now recorded with report number STTLP/B/4728/IX/2021/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated September 24, 2021.

Both Oi and RAF were reported with allegations of violating Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 263 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud, embezzlement, and forgery of documents.
