Shindong Super Junior recently shared an exciting update about his new house. On April 3, 2025, a video titled "Revealing My New Home - People Are Always Surprised When They Come Over | Real Shindong EP.03" was uploaded to his YouTube channel, ShindongDengDong.

Shindong's new house used to belong to Changmin from TVXQ, and he immediately fell in love with the already beautiful interior.
Shindong is most proud of the view of the Han River and Lotte Tower, especially during New Year's when fireworks can be seen directly from the window.
Meanwhile, one of the things Shindong often shows off in his house is the 97-inch OLED TV worth 35 million Won (around 400 million IDR) in his living room.
This house is also equipped with various facilities, ranging from an induction stove, advanced refrigerator, food waste disposer, to a built-in coffee machine that was previously installed by Changmin.
The computer room is also used as a guest room, which is why there is a mattress prepared there. In this room, Shindong has two sets of PCs, one for gaming and the other for editing.
The master bedroom is designed to be super cozy with an adjustable bed that can recline when Shindong wants to watch TV on the large projector screen in his room.
Shindong said that Changmin designed the interior of his house very well, so he didn't need to do much renovation before moving in. This includes the bathroom with a soft bathtub.
With all its facilities and luxury, it's no wonder that guests who come to Shindong's house are always surprised and amazed.
