Kapanlagi.com - Sad news comes again from the Chinese entertainment world. Actor Liang Youcheng has been confirmed dead at the age of 27. The handsome actor passed away on January 30, 2025, suspected due to complications from influenza.
Quoted from TheStar.com (2/6), Liang Youcheng's sudden death occurred while the entertainment world is still mourning the passing of Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu, who died from pneumonia related to influenza.
According to Chinese media, Liang initially showed mild symptoms and was diagnosed with a common flu. However, his health condition deteriorated rapidly, leading to an infection of the central nervous system (CNS). Liang Youcheng passed away in the hospital after receiving emergency treatment.
The actor, who died at the age of 27, had starred in several Chinese dramas such as Echo Of Her Voice (2024) and My Heart (2021), and was set to star in the upcoming series It Girl In Tang Dynasty.

Many speculate that Liang's death may have been caused by complications from Type A influenza, like Barbie Hsu, but this has not been officially confirmed.
