Now, the selling price of several units in the complex has reportedly increased significantly. For the type measuring 84 square meters, the market price is even said to be approaching 4 billion won.

If An Yujin indeed obtained the unit through a lottery system, the difference between the purchase price and the current market value is estimated to reach around 1.8 billion won, equivalent to more than Rp21 billion.
