It is a certificate belonging to a friend's younger sibling who received the Oh Sehun EXO Scholarship. So, this elementary school student is considered to have set a good example for his/her friends by being kind and honest, or in Korea, it is usually known as a 'model student'. Until this news was released, only one student who received the scholarship was known, but there could be others.
