Chronology of BamBam GOT7's Confessions Feeling Tired and Unhappy, Decides to Take a Break and Now Returns Home

At the beginning of July, BamBam wrote on X that he really wanted to take a break. When a fan suggested he rest, sleep, and spend time with family, BamBam replied, "If only they would let me..."

On July 24, 2024, BamBam made a post on IG Story that once again caused concern. "I just want to sleep and don't wake me up, so I can finally rest." At that time, BamBam was indeed busy with a comeback, world tour, and also attending Paris Fashion Week.

Several hours after saying he wanted to take a break, BamBam explained about the previous post. "It's been a long journey from last year until now and there's still a long way to go. There has been a lot of pressure and stress and my body hasn't been so well for a long time. Sometimes I become sensitive and emotional. I'm trying to give my best this year and will find my time to rest. I will be okay. Sorry for causing concern. I hope you have a good day."

On August 3, 2024, BamBam went live on IG and shared that his condition is improving. He said the agency is giving him a little time to rest so he can eat and drink well and will focus on his activities. BamBam thanked the fans for the encouragement given and promised to live for the fans so he can continue to sing and dance for them as long as he can.

At the beginning of September, during the 2024 [BAMESIS] SHOWCASE TOUR in Manila, BamBam opened up again about feeling unhappy. "I want to say that I have been feeling unhappy more often these past few days. I just want to be honest with you because you are the only ones I can talk to, so you are my support. If the world really can't allow me to be happy, at least I want to give my energy to you so that you can be happier. So Ahgase, please, at least for me, be happy for me. On September 19, BamBam uploaded several photos on his Instagram feed. The caption was once again concerning, even though he looked happy in the photo. "Don't forget, life is yours before it's too late," he wrote.

On September 23, 2024, BamBam made a post on X to announce that he wanted to take a break. "For the past two weeks, I want to apologize for being negative and sensitive. I will take time off for myself and will return to being the positive BamBam again. I hope everyone reading this post is always happy and surrounded by love. Take care of yourselves."

On September 29, BamBam made many people worried again. He updated on IG Story and wrote, "I will leave well. 2025." Fans immediately hoped he was okay.

One day later, BamBam replied to fans who hoped he was okay. "The people around me are the reason I'm dying," replied BamBam, which made many people even sadder.

On October 1st, BamBam made another post on Insta Story with the Thai flag emoticon and an airplane. He used the song 'Changes' by Justin Bieber, which has lyrics meaning 'Sometimes I smile like everything is alright even though there's a wound inside. I just want to be the best version of myself even though sometimes I forget to breathe.'
