Competing with IVE, EVNNE Successfully Achieves Victory for HOT MESS at Music Bank

EVNNE managed to take the first position at Music Bank last Friday (21/02). The score achieved by the song HOT MESS was almost 300 points higher than its competitor, IVE with REBEL HEART.

The K-Pop boy group performing HOT MESS excelled in three scoring criteria. These criteria include broadcast score, pre-voting score through the ALLCHART app, and physical album sales score.

The victory achieved by EVNNE on Friday (21/02) marked the third time for them to receive a trophy from a weekly K-Pop music show. A year ago, EVNNE had successfully secured two wins for the song UGLY. However, they failed to bring home a trophy through their subsequent comeback titled Badder Love due to intense competition with renowned fifth-generation groups.

EVNNE's achievement this time made their fans very proud. How could they not, as they managed to defeat one of the 'Digital Monsters' in the K-Pop industry. Even the members of EVNNE themselves appeared surprised when monitoring the score calculation between the songs HOT MESS and REBEL HEART live that day.

In his victory speech, Lee Jeong-hyeon expressed that EVNNE did not expect one of the goals they aimed to achieve by 2025 would come true so quickly.
