The South Korean media outlet Sports Kyunghyang has been holding the annual "Sanddalki (Raspberry) Awards" since 2017. This event is similar to the American "Golden Raspberry Awards" to honor the "failures" in the film industry throughout the year.

Like previous years, the 7th edition of the Sanddalki Awards divided the awards into three categories, namely the worst-behaved celebrities, worst actors, and the worst film of the year, chosen by 55 film reporters from leading media outlets in South Korea.
