Excitement of KapanLagi Korean Festival 2023 in Surabaya, Playing Games with Jang Hansol - Karaoke with Friday Noraebang

Kapanlagi.com - The KapanLagi Korean Festival (KLKF) 2023 has just been held in Surabaya, specifically at the Oval East Atrium Ciputra World on Saturday (23/9/2023) starting at 14.00 WIB. This event was enlivened by Jang Hansol and Friday Noraebang.

This event is completely free. Anyone can come. However, only 100 people have the opportunity to get freebies and 20 of them can play games with Hansol through registration.

This event was very exciting. Here are some memorable things from KLKF 2023 in Surabaya.

1. Food Booth and Photo Box

At the venue, there are not only stages and audience seats. But there are also food booths. So for those who are hungry and thirsty throughout the event, you can buy Korean food such as kimbap, odeng, tteokbokki, bibimbap, banana uyu, and very fluffy cotton candy.

For those who want to capture this moment with friends, you can also pose at the photo booth. Here, Kpoppers can pose using props to enhance their style.

In addition, there are also fanbase booths presented by @army_surabaya21 and @carat_surabaya that provide BTS and SEVENTEEN merchandise. In addition to these two fanbases, KLKF 2023 Surabaya is also supported by @onwatchu @neocity.land @marklee_indonesia @17carats_ina as media partners.

2. A Warm Welcome for Hansol

The event started at 14:00, opened with a dance cover by the Heavy Buck Stylez or HBS community, adding to the atmosphere. After that, two MCs immediately went up on stage to greet the audience who couldn't wait to meet Jang Hansol.

It didn't take long for Atrium East Ciwo to become lively with the cheers of fans as soon as Jang Hansol stepped on stage. Hansol, who had previously admitted to being nervous, looked so happy with the welcome he received from the Surabaya fans and surrounding areas.

As the eagerly awaited guest, there were several sessions with Jang Hansol. After greeting fans and having a friendly conversation with the MC, Hansol then sat on the chair provided for the talk show session.

Here, Hansol received several questions from both MCs. The 29-year-old man answered questions about his experience as a translator in Indonesia and his impressions of being an MC for a famous K-Pop group's event. Hansol answered the questions with humor and made the atmosphere of the event even more lively.

4. Q n A with Hansol

After the talk show session ended, there was a QnA session. Here, Hansol had to answer questions from viewers who wanted to ask questions. There were three lucky viewers.

Hansol answered questions about how to calm nerves and whether there are plans to invite his wife, Jeanette Ong, to live in Indonesia for a few months.

5. Game With Hansol (Part 1)

So out of 100 lucky spectators who received freebies, 20 of them had the opportunity to play with Jang Hansol. These lucky spectators then stood in front of the stage for the first game.

In this first game, they were asked to compete in answering questions about Jang Hansol. If they could answer, they were allowed to take the microphone placed on the stage floor.

They were very enthusiastic in answering and knew a lot about Hansol. And those who were lucky, continued to the second game on the stage.

6. Game With Hansol Part 2

The winners of part 1 of the game were divided into two groups. They were then asked to perform choreography from popular K-Pop songs. Hansol was asked to identify the movements. Even the spectators who didn't participate in the game were excitedly agreeing or disagreeing with Hansol's answers.

Oh, and the participants on the stage, whether they won or lost, didn't go home empty-handed because there were prizes.

After the game ended, the session with Jang Hansol is over. Before going offstage, Hansol posed with the MC in front of the bustling bolo-bolo Surabaya.

8. Dance Cover Together

After Jang Hansol went offstage, it's time for a dance cover from HBS again. The audience who are skilled and enjoy dancing were invited to dance together. The atmosphere remained lively because many people joined in shaking their bodies and singing along.

9. Karaoke Together with Friday Noraebang

The last session was singing together with Friday Noraebang that made the audience stand up and made the Ciwo atrium seem to shake with their enthusiasm. A series of K-Pop hit songs were played by Friday Noraebang, which were greeted with singing from kpoppers in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

The songs played included Girls Generation's I Got A Boy, NewJeans' Super Shy, Jungkook's Seven, Super Junior's Mr Simple, SEVENTEEN's Aju Nice, and others. Each song played was enthusiastically welcomed.

Even when the event was supposed to end, the audience shouted for more. Finally, Friday Noraebang played the remix version of Darari by Treasure, which was enthusiastically welcomed.

10. A Lively 3.5 Hours

This KLKF event in Surabaya lasted for approximately 3.5 hours and successfully entertained the attending Kpoppers. They not only got close to Jang Hansol but also enjoyed karaoke together with Friday Noraebang.
