1. CIGNATURE

Cignature is a South Korean girl group formed by C9 Entertainment and managed under the sub-label J9 Entertainment. Cignature made their debut on February 4, 2020, with a single titled Nun Nu Nan Na. Initially, Cignature consisted of 7 members: Seline, Belle, Jeewon, Semi, Chaesol, Ye, Ah, Sunn.

However, Ye Ah and Sunn left the group in 2021. Later, J9 Entertainment announced the addition of 2 new members, Chloe and Dohee. This group successfully debuted and gained a lot of attention from KLovers, as well as nominations in various prestigious awards.

2. DREAMCATCHER

Dreamcatcher, formerly known as Minx, is a South Korean girl group formed by Happy Face Entertainment in 2014. When they were known as Minx, the girl group consisted of 5 members: JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Yoohyeon, and Dami. They debuted with a single titled Why Did You Come to My Home?.

Then, in 2016, Happy Face Entertainment announced that they would re-debut Minx by adding 2 new members, Handong and Gahyeon. The name Minx was changed to Dreamcatcher, and they released a song called Chase Me.

3. MOMOLAND

MOMOLAND is a South Korean girl group formed by MLD Entertainment in 2016. The group made their debut with a mini album titled WELCOME TO MOMOLAND. Initially, the group consisted of 7 members: Hyebin, Jane, Nayun, Yeonwoo, JooE, Ahin, and Nancy.

Later, MOMOLAND announced a comeback in 2017 with their new members Daisy and Taeha. However, Yeonwoo and Taeha left in November 2019, followed by Daisy in 2020. Currently, MOMOLAND consists of 6 active members.

4. DIA

DIA is a South Korean girl group under MBK Entertainment. Formed in 2015, DIA is short for DIAMOND with the acronym Do It Amazing. They debuted with 6 members: Eunice, Huihyeon, Jenny, Yebin, Eunjin, and Chayeon.

Then in April 2017, DIA added 2 new members: Jueun and Somyi. Unfortunately, DIA's unity did not last long. In 2018, Eujin left the group due to health reasons. Jenny also left due to a knee injury. In 2020, MBK Entertainment announced that the group would make a comeback with five members, excluding Chaeyeon and Somyi.

5. RED VELVET

Red Velvet is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment in 2014. Red Velvet's debut was well received by Korean music fans with their single titled 'Happiness'. The original lineup of Red Velvet during their debut consisted of 4 members, namely Irene Red Velvet, Seulgi Red Velvet, Wendy Red Velvet, and Joy Red Velvet.

In 2015, Red Velvet added one more member, Yeri Red Velvet. Red Velvet itself has the meaning of 'Red' which represents passion and 'Velvet' which means feminine and soft. Red Velvet's career continues to soar and remain consistent until now, as evidenced by their latest single titled 'Queendom' which has won several prestigious awards.

Apparently, the girl group becomes even more impressive with their members' skills and uniqueness, which become the foundation of a solid girl group. The agency deserves applause for being able to package a girl group well. Truly admirable!
